‘Clash on the Coast’

WOD No. 1:

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Deadlift, 100kg (60kg)
Burpees

10 minute cut off.

WOD No. 2:

Perform as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Wall-ball Shots 10kg (6kg)
20 Double Unders

Final: The final workout will be announced in conjunction with the finalists from WODs 1 & 2.
