Working minute on minute off for five rounds; complete as many “touch and go” Power Clean & Push Jerks 60kg (40kg) as possible. During the minute on, you may rest with the bar in any position other than the ground. If you rest or dump the bar before the minute is finished, your attempt is over for that round.
