5 x 5 reps of:
Muscle-ups/Strict Pull-ups/Kipping C2B Pull-ups/Kipping Pull-ups/Ring Rows
Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Pick the pulling movement that is appropriate to your skill level.

B.
Four rounds for max reps of:
1 min. ‘Touch and Go’ Box Jumps
30 seconds rest

The focus here is to develop the box jump as a skill.  Pick a height that allows you to focus on getting touch and go reps.

Post pulling option for part A and Box Jump height and total reps to comments.
