WOD: Monday

Back Squat 3×5 @ 80%

then….

Three rounds for time of:
1 min. Max Reps Wall Ball
1 min. Hand Release Push-ups (match Wall Ball score)
Rest 30 seconds.

The aim of this workout is to match you Wall Ball score with Hand Release Push-ups each round. For every round you don’t match your score, you will incur a Burpee penalty equal to the difference of the two scores. e.g. If you score 30 Wall Ball and 25 Hand Release Push-ups in the first round, you owe 5 Burpees. Write down your penalty in the 30 second rest break and perform all of your Burpees after the rest break in the third round. The same penalty system applies to all rounds. Obviously the success of this workout relies on you putting your best effort in rather than gaming it and holding back on the scores. This workout has a 10 minute cut off and you must complete your penalty burpees within the cut off to qualify for Rx’d.

Post load, Wall Ball score, penalties incurred and time.
