Tabata Intervals (20 sec. of work followed by 10 sec. of rest repeated 8 times) is applied in turn to the above exercises with a one minute rotation break between exercises. Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps performed in each of the 8 intervals.

With a continuously running clock, perform 5 Burpees at the start of each minute. For the remainder of each minute perform max. reps of Power Clean 60kg (40kg) until you reach 100 reps (Power Clean).
