WOD: Saturday

“Murph”

For time:
1.6km Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1.6km Run

Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats as needed. Start and finish with the 1.6km run. If you’ve got a 10kg vest or body armor, wear it.

Team Option: You may perform this workout in pairs. Both people must start and finish with the run but you may share the reps anyhow you like.
