Clean & Jerk 60kg (40kg)

On the minute, every minute, complete a round of Clean & Jerk. The first round starts with 1 rep’ and increments by 1 rep’ every round until you can no longer complete the round within the minute time limit.  Use as many sets in each minute as required.

Push-ups

Continue for as long as possible with Push-ups instead of Clean & Jerks, incrementing from the last successful number completed until the Push-ups cannot be completed within the minute time limit.

Sit-ups

Continue for as long as possible with Sit-ups instead of Push-ups, incrementing from the last successful number completed until the Sit-ups cannot be completed within the minute time limit.

Squats

Continue for as long as possible with Squats instead of Sit-ups, incrementing from the last successful number completed until the Squats cannot be completed within the minute time limit.

Post completed rounds of Clean & Jerk, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Squats to comments.
