Rest, eat well and prepare for a great week of training.
3 rounds, each for max. reps of:
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats
Max reps. is determined by consecutive reps ie at the point where you have to pause or rest, the set is over and you move to the next movement. Rest as necessary between rounds.
Post number of reps of achieved in each exercise, for each round.

From ground to head by any method (snatch, clean & jerk etc.) for maximum weight moved in 10 minutes. The weight you select cannot be changed during the WOD.
Post weight used, number of reps and total weight to comments.

Perform as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
7 Sumo-Deadlift High-pull 50kg (35kg)
7 Burpees
Post number of rounds completed to comments.
