WOD: ‘Tabata This’

Perform 8 rounds of Tabata Intervals of each of the following exercises:

Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)

Box Jumps, 24 inch (20 inch)

Push-ups

Double-unders

All 8 rounds of Tabata Intervals must be completed per exercise before moving to the next.  Your score will be the total number of repetitions completed over the 32 rounds.

This must be the stuff that Chantal is drinking!
