Box Jumps 24 inch (20 inch)

Racks will not be used for this workout, so the bar must be cleaned from the ground each time it’s dropped.

Rest Day at Coastal CrossFit QLD

We revisit the Rx’d Challenge this week.  I am confident that we are going to see some big steps forward in athletic achievement.

Chris Spealer is an amazing CrossFit athlete who, in the video above has completed a task that many said was not possible.  While it should never be underestimated as to how much work it took Chris to achieve such a feat, it is important to remember that we are all human and more often than not, it is just a difference in effort and determination that separates us in our abilities.
