Buddina Beach WOD!
Perform as many rounds in 12 minutes as possible of:
20m Burpee/Broad-jump
10kg Med Ball Clean, 10 reps
Finisher:
Perform one 10m sand sprint on the 1st minute, 2 on the 2nd, 3 on the third etc. Keep going until you cannot complete the number of sprints required within the minute.
