A. Back Squat (Cycle 2- Week 1)
Recalculate weights- Add 5kg to last cycle. Using 90% for the percentages below:
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5+
Note# 5+ is designed to be a hard/not true max set. No more than 10 repetitions.*Please know your numbers prior to coming into the gym.

B. For time:

300 Double-unders

*Time cap of 10 minutes.
