Min 2. 15 KB Swings 24/16kg
Min 3. 7 Deadlift 100/65kg
Min 4. 15 Thrusters 20/15kg
Min 5. 30 sec. Flexed arm Hang.
*Each exercise must be completed within the allotted time (1 min.) for rx’d.
