WOD: Tuesday

Please note that the gym is closed today – here is a WOD you can do at home or in the park.

Each minute for 10 minutes perform:
Push-ups (pick a number that you expect to be able to maintain for 10 rounds)
Max reps Double-unders (in the remaining time)
*Pick a number of Push-ups that is challenging but still leaves enough time to get onto the skipping rope in each of the rounds.

Post push-up reps and total double-unders to comments.
