WOD: Thursday

A. Choose one of the options below:
1. 30 Muscle-ups for time (10 min cut off)
2. EMOM for 10 min. Muscle-ups or Pull-ups (choose your own reps)
3. 5 x 5 Pull-ups (either weighted or working with a spotter)

B. Partner AMRAP in 12 min:
Run or Row 200m
*one partner runs while the other holds an unbroken plank.
