WOD: Thursday

A. Five rounds for load of:
1 Shoulder Press
3 Push Press
5 Push Jerk
*All 9 lifts must be performed in order, in 1 set without re-racking the bar to count.
*Aim to increment in weight on each round.
*Barbell is to be taken off ground/novices may use racks.

B. Tabata Double-unders

Post lightest/heaviest load and reps to comments.
