Perform as many rounds as possible in 5-4-3-2-1 minutes of:
20 Overhead Alt. Lunge 20/15kg
20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
20 Sumo Deadlift 24/16kg
*rest 1 minute between cycles.
*start each new cycle at the last finish point.
