*This will mark the first week of our Front Squat linear progression.

  • Great work for all those that attended the morning session. Some huge PBs have been set. Let’s see what we can achieve now so that we have a measure at the end of the Front Squat progression. I’ll be hitting mine this afternoon. Good luck all- Marie.
