WOD: Wednesday

“Inverted Lynne”
Five rounds for max reps of:
Bodyweight Pendlay Row
Push-ups
*Perform the Push-ups as a superset to the rows.
*Rest as necessary between rounds.
*Scale up to Ring Dips if you can do more than 40 Push-ups unbroken.
*For those unable to Pendlay Row bodyweight, scale load to sit between 8-15 reps.
