WOD: Tuesday

*Please note that there is an Open Gym session from 3.30-4.45pm today.

Perform 5 x AMRAP in 3 minutes of the following complex:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Jerk
1 Back Squat
1 BTN Jerk
*Loads are 60/40kg
*Work rest is 1:1
*Movements may not be combined.
*Each cycle starts at where you got to in the last.
