WOD: Wednesday

A. Work up to a 5RM Pull-up (20 min.)
*Perform at least 5 heavy sets in the process.

B. 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
KB Swings 24/20kg
Burpees (jump over 10kg plate)
*15 min cut off
