WOD: Wednesday

Perform 6 x 2 min rounds of:
10 x 10m Shuttle Run
7 x KB Thruster 24/16kg
M.E. Burpees (over 10kg plate)
*Rest 2 min between rounds.
*During your 2 min “rest”, accumulate 30 seconds with your chin over the bar in a flexed arm hang.
